Planned maintenance percentage (PMP) is a measure of how much time is spent on planned maintenance work (vs. unplanned) in a given timeframe, expressed as a percentage. To calculate PMP, divide the total number of planned maintenance hours by the total number of maintenance hours (planned and unplanned), then multiply by 100.
