Scheduled maintenance critical percentage (SMCP) is a measure of the impact of late planned maintenance work, expressed as a percentage. To calculate SMCP, divide the sum of the number of days a work order is late plus the length of the preventive maintenance cycle (in days) by the length of the preventive maintenance cycle (in days), then multiply by 100.
