As an MRO inventory management metric, inventory accuracy is a measure of how closely your physical inventory count matches what is recorded in your inventory management system, expressed as a percentage. To calculate inventory accuracy, divide the number of items counted with accurate inventory records by the number of inventory records checked, then multiply by 100.
