Monthly subscription plans are a true month-to-month, cancel-at-anytime option that allow customers to start and stop at any time. Subscription licenses are available for cloud-hosted deployments.

Software as a Service (SaaS) is a software delivery method in which your CMMS is licensed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. The subscription fees include hosting, software upgrades, and technical support for the duration of the payment period.
Do you offer an on-premise deployment option?
Yes! We are proud to say that FTMaintenance Select is one of the few CMMS solutions on the market that can be installed and run on your organizations own servers and network. What is a perpetual license?
A perpetual license is a one-time license purchase, with optional annual hosting and maintenance fees. Maintenance fees provide you with access to technical support.

What happens to my maintenance data if I cancel my cloud-based software?
FasTrak is dedicated to providing software and services that help our customers succeed, although we know that some customers do cancel. If you do choose to cancel, FasTrak technical support will send you a backup of your FTMaintenance Select database.
