Licensing

FTMaintenance is sold under a generous concurrent user license structure, allowing you to cost-effectively purchase licenses based on only the number of users that will be accessing the system at the same time (concurrently).

Named vs. Concurrent User Licensing

When evaluating maintenance management software vendors, it is important to get a true "apples to apples" comparison of what kind of licensing options are available. Many vendors offer named user licenses, meaning each user must purchase their own license. In comparison, FTMaintenance offers concurrent user licenses. With concurrent user licenses, you can have an unlimited number of users. Any of the users can access the system at the same time, up to the number of licenses purchased. FTMaintenance's concurrent licenses:

  • Allow organizations to purchase software at a lower cost.
  • Require less license management and administration.
  • Are more cost efficient as your business grows.
